Using Photobooth the pupils took many photographs of themselves and the centre, they then used the photos to make a name badge on Comic Life. After snack time and their chance to see Silverstone during a F1 Grand Prix on DVD, we all went out to explore Silverstone Circuit itself. Well it’s still very much a snowy wonderland over at Silverstone. Trevor took this photo of the centre yesterday once he’d managed to fight his way through the snow! He had to park all the way up the road just in case he couldn’t get his car out of the snow in our car park.

Meanwhile some schools are still closed and people stuck in their homes. So what have you been up to in the snow? Leave a comment or send any of your winter wonderland photos to  vcampkin at studycentres.northants.sch.u…

Apparently there’s more to come over the weekend so wrap up warm!

Jenson Button, meanwhile, was awarded an MBE in recognition of his performances for the Brawn team that celebrated six race wins and a first F1 drivers’ championship.
